The casual gamer returns! Don't mind what the other people say though; the new layout is fine. You even were nice enough to let people use the old one anyways.

Also, wow, that's so very elaborate for a mockup. It even has achievments for the guard dog! (Wait a minute Mr. Postman made me laugh)

I can see the Guard dog working, valve has always kept a possible 10th class in mind, and I guess instead of a Engi-Update they gave us the Guard Dog.

Guard Dog will be the 10th character. Specializing in ankle biting and obnoxious barking. Ankle biting slows players down and deals 3d20 damage. Can pee directly on shoes to create a sloshy fair warning of incoming enemies or an annoying team troll effect.

Carnivale, of course it's fan made. It's part of a petition to have that character add to Team Fortress 2.
And with some adjustments I think it would be a fun class to play.
