If you multiplied those for 100 attacks for 100 dmg and then added the bonus damage gained, you'd end up with the exact same numbers I did. And for the pseudo random thing, it actually starts making your crit chance worse after 25%.
(you may have noticed this only accounts for the added dps of the crits, regular attack damage have been eliminated for both)

For the record, DOTA 2 has PSEUDO-random crit chances, which makes crits average out at whatever rate they are at, and makes you not subject as much to the random number god. A hit that ISN'T a crit means the next hit IS more likely to be a crit under psuedo-random. So it's even LESS about luck.

I rounded a little wrong on jug, he's 83.5 DPS and 13,360 damage over 100 attacks.
If you wanted to include their BAT and the psuedo randomness.
PA - 1.7 BAT
15250 damage for 100 attacks / 170 seconds = 89.7 DPS
Jug - 1.6 BAT
pseudo random adjustment - 33.6% chance
13220 damage for 100 attacks / 160 seconds - 82.6 DPS
Truelty
MATH ALERT!
Assume both heroes do 100 attacks at a base damage of 100.
PA - 15% chance for 450% damage.
(100 x 85)+(450 x 15)
8,500 + 6,750 = 15,250 damage over 100 attacks
Jug - 35% chance for 200%
(100 x 65)+(200 x 35)
6,500 + 7,000 = 13,500 damage over 100 attacks

You hit 1 every hit. For Jugg 35 of them are crits. That means 65+2x35= 135 damage.
For PA 15 of them are crits for 4.5 times.
That means 85+4.5x15= 152.5 . 152.5 > 135

So much wrong in this. First, the text is wrong, because Jugg gets +35% DPS while PA gets +51.25%. Second, by hitting creeps without crits before a fight, you increase your crit chance because the game has a PRNG system implemented, so getting 4-5 non-crits before a fight almost guarantee a crit.
