Removing double-jump doesn't help. The noobs can't dodge explosives with it, that's why they're not missing it.

The Scout has been Noob Proofed by adding the Sandman. Now no matter how shit you are, you can skill kill better scouts without the sandman with your sandman

They released an update later that limited the number of voice commands you could do in a short period of time...aka...no more spamming "Need a dispenser here!!" like in the first panel.
