@Eashiftzr - If just drawing, go for paint tool sai. Best and simpliest one around. If you are weak on money or need some extra tools then just use GIMP. It can do pretty much anything.
The most pro tool would be Manga studio. It has all the stuff you won't need. Ever. Just SAI or GIMP.

People, what is a good drawing program?

-EXALT is NOT a small thing to add, at least two new mission types centred around them, hard decisions that could ruin a careless player's run, and most likely a different challenge from the usual aliens.
-Two new classes
-A lot more maps
-Map defence
-A lot of cosmetic additions.

A few points to note:

-Expansion pack =/= DLC
-The expansion itself costs 30$ in master race, while console peasants pay 10 more for a pack including the original game and slingshot.
-Firaxis still hasn't confirmed if there will be only two new aliens or more.

I just started Terraria again yesterday. Can we expect a comic? :)
Also I don't even have X-com (yet), but I'm still excited about the expansion. Just to see some map variety with the new maps is worth it, but we get so much more. Also it's prized as an expansion, not as a full release.

Enemy Within doesn't give "just two enemies" but a new class, new soldier-upgrades, new equipment, new maps and A WHOLE ENTIRE NEW FACTION WITH THEIR OWN UNITS AND MISSION TYPES (which mostly mirror yours, unlike the Aliens)

The problem with Terraria now is due to low drop rates on useful items it rewards dumb grind more than exploration now. It's mmorpg now, basically. Also first.
