I face the opposite problem.
I see an ad about a game with a hot chick, then when I check out the game itself there's none :(

I give it a week before an ad pops up using those girls.

This reminds me of Evony, when i first heard of it i stayed well away because of all of the creepy ads that they made, when a friend showed it to me i actually liked it and played it a lot, the ads were just dumb though the people who want fanservice would just come and see what it is then leave.
