@Wakka As far as I am concerned, I am fine with Valve not doing the event again, from what I could tell, many people didn't enjoy the event last year, and the people that did bitch and moan, only did so because they couldn't farm and resell items. But it still made the community look bad.
@Morru Q'uaan: I don't really care about the fanbase, i gotta agree it's composed mostly of crybabies and assholes, but it's the game we're talking about. It happens Jo plays it and doesn't belong in that 99%. So deal with it.

I ask you if "it was the opposition's fault" that we had a uproar of sadness in DOTA2 community, it is still FAIR that Team Fortress have anual events, while Icefraud made it look like it would happen with Diretide.
also, if your gonna say something like "valve is the one who screwed up, they should have released it on time", let me tell you that valve was more busy working on heroes(ember and earth), remodels(storm) and a new mode to add to the game. some people are just so spoiled and impatient.

This whole whining about Dota gets old. What's the matter people? NerfNow updates far more often than any other gaming webcomic, i'm surprised by Jo's criativity, AND IT HAPPENS THAT HE PLAY DOTA. Get over it.
This reminds me that I love how you can make certain special teams in Dota. Ex.: Team Fish: Tide, slark, naga, slardar, morph(?); Team Frost: Lich, Maiden, Tusk, AA, Winter Wyvern (or maybe Drow instead of a support); Team Fire: Ember, Lina, Phoenix, Clinkz, Batrider. The variations are endless. :)
