Star player? Pfft, please. I don't much about soccer, but i know enough to see he's just like a new hero in Dota, the dumb masses call OP, the actual good player conter them with ease. Brazil stopped being the country of soccer long ago, we don't have any good players anymore.

Oh, Jo. Don't worry. Think of it this way, at least you didn't lose two world wars.
@hack: it's schadenfreude you're looking for.
@nerfnow: if you only have two top players in your national team, and their absence causes a 7-1, your roster is full of crappy supports.
If only there were a German word to describe intense feeling of pleasure I'm experiencing as I watch the Brazilian fans sit and cry inconsolably after the beat down their national club just received...
@25352: In the strip, Jo kicked her out of the house and told her not to come back until she had starred in a video game. In real life, there is a game being made starring Engie that we will be able to buy and play. But we probably won't see her again until it comes out. :(
I turned the TV around 30 minutes after the game started. When I saw the 5-0 I left out a sadistic smile.

@AckAckAck: Please read correctly. I said "without too much riot". I know there were a few occurences, but for a football-crazy country that just got absolutely futtbucked in a WC at home and that had huge countrywide protests and riots before it has remained relatively calm.

I don't know about you, Jo but when I see all the hundreds of crying Brazilians online I kinda am glad that you don't like the sport, it's all pretty pathetic.
@3697014: Welcome to the land of the living. Where have you been? Under a bloody rock? Jo already made DOTA comics for quite some time.

@Narf: Without riot? a mob is mass robbing a bar in Copacabana when Brazil lost. Gunshots fired to the air and people fleeing in fear. Some Brazilians are not ready to accept losing.
Also I fear German supporter's fate in Brazil right now.

You might as well have sticked to watching the DotA championships. By around 30 minutes in I was literally laughing out loud at how easily the Germans were scoring.
They neither risked anything nor played safe. They just got beaten to a pulp until even Cesar, who was the least to blame, was crying openly on the field after the 7:0. The only thing they ever tried in the game were some pathetic dives and nasty little fouls.

I'm happy that it actually went down without too much riot afterwards. Most people just seemed too sad and shellshocked to even lift a finger. Also, sorry but the Brazil team was disgraceful. They did not even fight, they just completely broke down after the 1:0 in the 11th minute.
