It's called a suggestion, which is what these comments are for; I wasn't ordering him or throwing obscenities. Are you seriously trying to tell me that any dissenting opinion is worth a ban?

I left a comment yesterday on my "Meepo" account saying "Jo, please, bring this comic back to its roots". Nothing offensive, nothing rude. Jo has banned me from commenting any more on his comics. I'm done, Jo; if this is the attitude you're going to have, fine. I've lost all my respect for you.

It's also entirely possible (though rare) to be from a foreign country but not have a noticeable accent, whether it be through never picking one up in the first place, or picking one up then losing it at some point along the line.
