WoD's leveling experience is literally the only thing that shines in this miserable addon. Also the BC Outlands should've been updated with WoD's launch as the Classic world was with Cataclysm. But this time the Caverns of Time should allow access to all old BC content for nostalgia. No cut content.
@Nerf NOW!!: My bad.
Ps.: If you ever happen to complete the Draenor questline from Horde perspective, here's some thought-provoking lore debate: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/12844175564
I just started reading this comic last night.... just power read for roughly 8 hours... caught up at last... love the comic... now I need sleep. Or more games... lets go with that one. In fact, I might even play TF2 for the first time in years thanks to this... Nah more Skyrim. Modded of course.
So plans for Nerf Now Crew as MMO characters?
- Wildstar (We did see Granok Morgan and Aurin Anne-Marie)
- Wow (current comic)
- Tera (Castanic Engie and Jo were the only one)
Better with each version? Really? I haven't seen it since Cataclysm so maybe something changed, but Original to BC to Lich King was a distinctly DOWNhill slide. They went from quests and dungeons you could give a shit about to the same exact carbon copy thing over and over and over and over
Why do people like the story so much when it was so dumb.
Everything about it was just childish. Fk.

>better
It gets more streamlined, which can be both good and bad. Stuff like not having to carry your pets and mounts in inventory slots are nice, but the removal of class quests (e.g. Paladin's first rezz) and the dungeon finder really killed the world for me. It's a very different game now.
@ArteAlen: Each expansion adds an incredible amount of content. New continents, new spells, talents, dungeons, raids, sometimes classes, sometimes races, etc. The sheer amount of content vs the free major content patches justifies paying for the expansions.
@ArteAlen: but even that is going a bit on the wayside, in 6.1 they're introducing getting subscription time using in-game currency. No idea how the pricing on that will work but there it is. Either way, paying for that amount of additional content is very justified.
@ArteAlen: "I bought it already damnit" in reference to expansions really is not, though. The amount of content each expansion is HUGE. Entire new continents, lots of new dungeons, raids, skills, talents, etc etc etc. As I said before, the subscription thing is a valid reason not to play, yes, but
@ArteAlen: I'm sorry, but this is making you sound like a really entitled whiny brat. The fact that WoW is subscription based on top of paying for the game / expansion is a valid reason not to play WoW, that is fair enough. More power to you for that.
@Arizoko Ill still not buy this game. i mean i bought it already damnit. and now not only i need to play for WoD i need to pay every month. :p
I was quite WC fan, I played WC3 for some time. Completely missed WoW though.
The only regret I have is, that following the plot is almost impossible right now.

It's nice to see Jo isn't blinded by nostalgia like most WoW vets.

@ArteAlen: You do know you only need to pay for the latest expansion now right? If you were to start up your account again you'd have Cataclysm and Mists of Pandaria for free.
@Nerf NOW!!: Did you like Thrall, at least? Because he's one of my favourite characters. I've never been a fan of Blizzard changing the lore just because they feel like it, but I could not help but root for Thrall in WC3, which meant I was rooting for his followers too. (Not Grom so much, though.)
Man i wished i DID NOT HAVE TO BUY FREAKING 3 ADDITIONAL EXPANSIONS and then PAY EVERY MONTH for a game. I started when Wotlk came due to arthras beeing the main boss and i freaking loved W3, and i stopped when cataclysm came because buying the original and 2x dlcs were not enought for blizz. :(
I miss WoW a lot. I was forced to quit due to Dailies in Pandaria. The game turned into repetitive chores. At one point, putting time problem aside, I've realized that I was PAYING for freakin' chores lulz xD. Of course I'm not pretending that the game is shit or whatever. As said I miss this gameQ_Q
@Stevebat if you would have noticed in his earlier comics, his WoW comics were Alliance Centered and always poked fun at the Horde. plus Draenei <3
I mean I roll my Tauren warrior for my Hordie friends
@Nerf NOW!! While it changed almost everything, I personally like that change. The fact that Horde isn't evil, but just different, is MUCH more realistic. Yes, PvP is enjoyable, and feeling of hunt depending of faction ratio in location was great, but many times NOT fighting was the best part.
@Stevebat: I used to be a huge Warcraft nerd and for me being Alliance and fighting the evil Horde was just natural. I think Blizzard fucked hard by making the Horde less evil in Warcraft III and beyond.
