My old wow guild had a guy who'd move his main between guilds when raid progression would slow. He would say he wanted to see new content but really (every one later admitted) he was just using us all to get the best gear for his main.
I've been watching a lot of SFV though, it's not that spamfest like SFIV was, almost NO character is 100% safe, if you try to hit your opponent, you most likely will be punished, and if you turtle you WILL be pound into the ground.

In the last year I just haven't watched a single game of professional Dota. Their balanding is making early games less exciting since deathball is "you try, you lose" technique, mid-game is safe as hell and late is just the result of who killed more NPCs... I hate how Valve has been balancing Dota
And this is why I don't give a damn about "professional" teams or "e-sports". Between shady deals, corruption, dick moves and ego, there's no shortage of drama going around.
