"Simple Geometry", achievement for Hanzo for 2 killing blows with a single use of Hanzo's Scatter Arrow. Combined with people complaining about his scattershot truly being an unskilled "fire in the general direction and get lucky" thing...well, that should be enough for you to work it out.
