yeah... i lost a lot of good apps in a desperate stuggle to get enough storage space 2 install hearthstone... and that was over 2 years ago, now i couldn't even download the downloader itself (if my tablet was supported and it gave me the option 2 download now)
@kosteraku: with the unification offensive MS is pushing, shouldn't the newest Mobile version of Windows be able to run the desktop version of HS to some degree?
iProducts, if plugged in to charge with wifi access, automatically download iOS updates (whether or not you want them). Short of jailbreaking them, or pre-emptively filling their storage with other stuff, there's no way to turn this behaviour off, and they take up over a gig until installed.
Having bought a brand new Galaxy 7 Edge recently, I thankfully was able to obtain a free 256GB memory stick for it through their promotion. So on my phone it won't be a problem.
It's just a bit too bad that I prefer playing on my Kindle Fire HDX that doesn't have a freaking slot for more storage.
Ok, HS shouldn't be so big
but the fact that android doesn't allow me to install things directly on the SD card bugs me way more than HS issues... in fact, i really consider the HS issues as Android issues.. Windows Phone is a better OS, i'd really like blizz to launch HS for it :(
I am continously irritated by the terrible storage space on phones, and even if they have a port for external memory you can't really use it for installed apps.
..con..
Android nutella (intented "typo") should allow you to reformat your SD as mount it as internal memory. additionaly, as @дима соловьёв wrote, uninstalling before updating works better as I just found out with my retired android full of convenience apps i use as alarmclock.
pokemon go has root block, the combat is action oriented shit with sketchy controls and the spawn rates are abysimal if you're not on mainland USA, with the best shit spawning during US american lunchtime. I don't understand how they can make so much money with this piece of crapware.
What makes this all the more frustrating is that for some reason my phone won't let me move HS to the SD card, saying there is "insufficient space" (which there isn't, I have more free space on my SD card than I have total space on my phone, so if it fits on my phone it fits on my card).
I had Hearthstone on my iphone for a while, and it worked great. Sadly my iphone didn't, and I was forced to delete the app because of my rapidly shrinking (for no reason) storage space. My tablet is brand new though, and the app tells me there's not enough room for it. I think it's just a bug.
Its why I went with the Moto Z (still in delivery). 64 GB isn't that big for a phone's default amount, but it does have a SD slot that will work for cards up to 2TB. I'll end up buying Sandisk's 200GB card to go with it, until higher storage is available later. Much bigger then 16GB I have now.
