Looks like we got our first case of burn damage here.

Remind me of the song "OVERWATCH: No Mercy" by "The Living Tombstone" on YouTube. Coincidence or not? :)

Ah right, Nike. I forgot about her. Looks like i needa brush up on my mythologi. x3 I guess one reason that kept my interest in Greek/Roman mythology from being overshadowed by my native Nordic one is that I grew up with C. S Lewis' Narnia as much as Tolkien's LotR.

@Lucas Taylor: I'd say Hog was treated as a soloist by people who didn't want to rely on their team for either damage or healing, because he was the only character who could play like that and sometimes get away with it.

The wreath in her hair would indeed imply Nike rather than Athena (Athena tends to be shown wearing a helmet instead). She also has a flame on her staff (much like the flame Nike is often pictured with).

@Albert Johfur: I believe she is actually meant to be Nike, the goddess of victory. It would fit with the olympic theme after all.

I thought her outfit was more of a Hermes. You know, because of the wings and the caduceus staff often being mixed up with the asclepian staff etc? But I guess Athena works too.

@collin Rotton well, he's intended to be a tank, as shown by recent and upcoming changes, but he was treated as a DPS because he fit there more until now.

@Nextgener Hog was only in the tank category because he had 600 hp. In reality, he's another DPS.

See, the problem isn't that Doomfist is a DPS 1 shooting people.

Roadhog 1 shooting people is a problem. Why? HE'S A TANK!

Correction: Nike is the goddess of victory, Athena is is the goddess of battle, wisdom, and weaving.
