His mobility's nowhere on the level of Genji's, he's not nearly as dangerous as roadhog was. He's dangerous to supports (lucio excluded) of course, but all dive heroes are.
While I admit that the fist hitbox is a bit too big specially in height, we can't forget that Doomfist is an offensive character instead of a tank like Roadhog, all it takes is 3 shots from a Mccree and he is already dead, wanna know what is really OP? Scatter arrow, how did it not get nerfed yet!
I think everyone has that feeling about Rocket Punch.
I'm just waiting for the unanimous decision to not play Doomfist until Blizzard fixes his killswitch.
@Trygyl The hitbox is currently large enough that you can be a full body length above him, below him, or a body's width to either side and he'll still hit you. You can even be behind something like the phone booth on King's Row and he'll hit you through it, even if he impacts the phonebooth.
I have yet to be threatened by a doomfist. if he squares up with me then i make sure there isn't a wall behind me. hes easy to kill because of his barn sized hit box
I found this out while fucking around in customs, but even if he's looking up he can only go straight in front of him. Ergo another strategy is to try and jump over him( perhaps use stairs to your advantage)
Best counter to Doomfist is probably Orisa or Sombra. Orisa can just hit shift and not get stunned or suffer the bonus hit a wall damage, so she can block his punches and let him die, and if Sombra hacks him he's a free kill.
@Kai LaMarche: From what I can tell, the best way to dodge a Doomfist m2 is to play Pharah and always stay in the air.

I have also observed people telling each other to switch to Sombra and try hacking him, but that seems to work just about as well as telling someone to switch ever does.
