@Trygyl When I saw R34 of her, she was still called Sylph, so that might be the reason. Still, if you check r/dota2smut you'll find at least three lewd images of Dark Willow. None as bad as Jo described in the previous comic, though.
@Hinamil Greyworks: Yeah but you'd still expect someone to repost it to other sites sometimes. Jo's is the only one that doesn't seem to do that. Which is especially surprising since Jo's good stuff will never ever be made public it seems.
@PewnyPL Jo sends most of his content as messages and links to DropBox. It makes sure people are Patreons if they want the reward unless someone leaks it. So far no one is known to leak the pictures.
