Reeeee don't complain about SC release dates, they had to re-concept the game because of too much money and spent two years building the studio infrastructure to be able to measure up to the mandate. :-P
Waiting until it enters Beta is fine tho.

@Destry Soule I don't recall pay2win, in game rootkits and day 0 DLCs being a thing up until the mid 00s.

Buggy mess and cliffhangers to make you buy the next version? sure, but the worse offenders weren't there.

heres the thing pretty much everything in the "now" panel was a thing in the "then" panel the only difference is your old enough to care. All the questions you ask in the "now" just boil down to is "is it fun?"

I don't necessarily mind microtransactions or paid DLC so long as they are optional, aren't pay to win, aren't for bugfixes, and aren't day 0 paid DLC.

HAHAHA Silly tentajoe being a buggy mess is part of the charm of Bethesda games, I mean skyrim would of been less fun if I wasn't given the option to horse ride my way everywhere and glitch myself in the middle of a fight XD

See, this is why I'm a Nintendo fan. For all the unpleasant things the company has done, none of them quite compare to the naked avarice their competitors have shown.

The only question you should ask yourself is: "Can I refund this game?"

With all the gaming mess I refuse to preorder anymore. I REALLY wish game companies would actually finish their games and have them relatively bug-free like they did in the old days.

i am not saying that today's gaming is perfect but in the past it was worse.

good old days?
during the retro era commercials were in several cases confusing(you saw some random shit and somewhere in the end they threw you the title of the game)and you had no way of knowing how good it was since there was no youtube.

Yeah, it has an in game store, 20 dollar for a skin. People are already freaking out as expected. Gameplay is good, but the game itself is buggy according to the demo test. Note, demo, not beta, a demo, which should be a finished product slice.

I remember a time when sequels were a SURE upgrade of the previous title. If you enjoyed the first game in the series, you didn't even questioned the quality of the next one, you KNEW ''The sequel it's going to be even better''. When video games were evolving, anything new was always a huge leap up.

Good sir, I'll have you know that attending Sunday Mass is infinitely more enjoyable than Anitas drivel.

Still, here's hoping it's an enjoyable game since it focuses around customisable power armour.
