Hellsing Ultimate is a case where the dub is better, if nothing else because of the Japanese Nun raised in Italy with an aggressively Welsh accent.

Lindsay English voice is so bad compared to original, it doesn't really sound like she wants you to kill those murderers dead.

I think it depends on the show. I tried Evangelion with dubs and thought the subs were better; I tried My Hero Academia with subs and thought the English dub was better.

Also, the 'login with Google+' button for the comments seems a bit outdated now that Google+ is gone.

On the other hand, we have David Hayter as Zangetsu, complete with his Solid Snake voice.

While "lost in translation" isn't exactly accurate here, I've always felt that the original language is the most accurate for the intended experience.
