Thanks god, Youtube is fast and smooth. Google reinvests in cable network, it helps. In France, there was DailyMotion as a concurrent, but now any video takes 20s to start.

Aah yes, the magical 10 minutes that could have very well been just 3 or at most 5. Overall Youtube hasn't been in a healthy place for content creators for a long time.
