Yeah I don't enjoy modern Batman, TAS first 2 seasons of Batman felt like a real person going through being a Batman. He was dark when needed, but then afterwards full 90s edge went in and changed him for the worse.

Now we know why Batman keeps leaving him in a full body cast.
