right now is a bad time to buy a new gpu. the last generation is outdated and overpriced and the new generation is in short supply and only coveres high end. Also there is no reason to upgrade without some serious boost so you are stuck at Radeon 5700 (€370) and Geforce 2060 SUPER (€430).
didn't mercosur sign the european partnership programm a while ago?
I know japan and canada did and now I can simply order stuff by mail from there for very low taxes and customs. Bought some books and 200GB Blueray media very cheap from there.
Yeah, I'd still wait in 2 weeks we'll have the Radeon 6000 specs and a couple weeks more indie benchmarks for them. Up in their air if AMD can compete in the high end this time, but at the low/mid end NVIDIA has nothing new yet and AMD might have some worthwhile cheaper models.
I Remember the L4D2 Beta all those years ago. My computer couldn't run it at all, claiming I had insufficient graphic cards.
Then the full game launched and it worked perfectly fine with my specs, no upgrades needed lol.
Just don't get a GeForce 30 series yet. The scammers are still going full tilt and the cards were kept too secret for far too long, they're still working the bugs out of the firmware for them. They are magical leaps in technology, but they need a bit of free-market Beta Testing ATM.
I know the feeling, I had to build a new gaming rig to play Skyrim at its higher settings when it came out. I had hoped it could handle Fallout 4 on launch.
