If you're looking for a Survival then I suggest Ark: Survival evolved. Biggest selling point is you get to tame and ride Dinosaurs including T-Rexes. Personally I love taming and hunting for Dinos as well I love the base building, as you play more and more you can see your style grow and get better.
But i recommend it anyway, because of awesome 2D artwork.
But worst of all was the Red Faction Guerilla game - we wandering dusty plains where NOTHING to demolish, getting the toys that nowhere to use. And when we finally get thermobaric rockets and nanorifle - guess what? Right - Endgame.
Same thing with Spiritfarer - most of metal ores become avaliable, when everything that needed them had been already built. Also ship size upgrades. Also talents. Also buildings.
Also, the Large Backpack blueprint. It too is in the game's last location... And algae farming, oh god, which is needed only because your oxygen bottle deteriorates somehow. Still, Raft probably is my favourite survival game too, would hook palm leaves again.
Reminds me of farming in 7 Days to Die. I could spend a ton of effort to make fertilizer and improve my crops to be more efficient ... or I can just plant twice as many crops and not waste days working on it. Make a bunch of vehicles and just end up using the scooter because its gas efficient.
