Ugh, it's as I feared. That Battle Pass season system hoses FTP people by only shelling out rewards maybe every 3 levels. If you've shelled out the $10 for the BP bonus, you get rewards every level, including legendary skins the plebs can only look at. Bring back... *ugh* Loot Boxes...?
Why talk about Blizzard? Blizzard is just Activision walking around wearing a mask made from Blizzard's husk. They aren't even pretending to be anything different anymore.
If they where willing to let us play older games. Classic Warcraft 3 would still be downloadable not that cheaply made remake.

all they had to do was simply treat it as some kind of expansion....
where, you want to access this new stuff and future updates? gonna pay for the expansion!, that could have been imo a wiser aproach(even if it has the bad side of some stuff being locked behind the battle pass
Yeah but if they keep it the same game, they can't just change all the greedy monetisation without being called out on it. This is a totally new game guys! It's free 2 play (despite all you bought the old one), so this means we HAVE to charge you for all this extra stuff now!
Blizzard burned out whatever goodwill they built up up to the release of World of Warcraft.
Nowadays it is more a question of whether or not their recent decisions make people despise them to the point of actively refusing to touch their games or not.
You (kinda) forgot the part where basically only a few people seem to actually be able to *PLAY* OW2 currently. Their servers are apparently custom built out of Pringles chips.
