Forspoken; Lousy, run-down, lazily run, insufferable story and MC.

Redfall; Lazy, bland, infested with bugs, abominable story.

Gollum; AM GAEM/AM SHUP.

Relieved to know Monolith wasn't responsible for it. The Shadow Of games' may have an awful story/MC, but was still fun and had the Orcs.

I don't like any of those 3 games but Forspoken, barebones as it may be, is a functional game.

Redfall has so many flaws is barely a working game but at least they have the right idea, just bad execution.

No, you did *not* review Forespoken too harshly. It's a AAA title released to be this big powerhouse game and falling flat on every front. Gollum and Redfall just happened to fail even harder. So while Gollum is still trash, Forespoken isn't that good a game either.

Redfall is shockingly below expectations. Arkane is a better company than that. What happened? Gollum is just shovelware and a mystery how it every got the LoTR approval. No idea about Forspoken. New Zelda is amazing. RE:4 Remake is great. You could gamble on Street Fighter 6, looks amazing.

Nah. It really was that bad. Damage spongey enemies, dislikeable protagonist, bottom-tier Whedon banter, just awful story. It was that bad. But if you look right next to it there was Hi-Fi Rush which wasn't a bloated open world game but rythem based Devil May Cry.
