Orcs have their own belief-based enchantments, they don't work for other races, and should NOT work based on other races' experience with magic and science.
To be fair this guy is not a Warhammer Orc or a 40K Ork. He's just impersonating one same way guys in my high school where "90's GANGSTER" not real Blood or Crypts.
