Honestly don't know if it's more sad or funny that the regular game awards is already a "failure" like E3, but I do get a sense of catharsis after realising that by not bothering to keep up with it at all, I didn't miss a thing.
Quite the "and nothing of value was lost" situation.
@NekoiNemo: No, the changed their legal name and transferred all the money they made to shell companies before closing shop, to make litigating harder, because "the company doesn't exist anymore". It was just a scam that got too much attention, so they pulled the plug ASAP.
Based on the demo I feel like Forspoken gets far more hate than it deserves. The graphics may be bland and the writing so-so (I hear it improves immensely once the MC and cuff start getting along) but the combat was super fun.
I'd still vote Gollum. If you bought The Day Before you get a refund. You play Gollum, you wasted your money, your time, your everything. Kong is miserable but playable. Redfall and Forspoken are just horribly disappointing.
