It might not be an 'official' remake, but there was a PC fan remaster of Faces of Evil and Wand of Gamelon a few years ago. According to the guy I watched play them on Twitch it was considerably less unpleasant than Skyward Sword.

Now I wish we could get a remake of those CDi Zelda games, if for no other reason then at least so that we can have Morshu again.

I mean, it's probably a much better game than the one where Zelda was the playable main character. You gotta have something for the 6 year old girls to have for themselves and it probably didn't take much investment to get the job done.
