Backstabbing Scouts is not uncommon, it just doesn't happen on purpose very often. Sometimes they just hop in front of your knife right when you're going to take out that medic of heavy. If you're a Fez-wearing Spy, you are now stuck with a scout-disguise, and look very suspiciously slow.
