In my case, my WoW account had a twelve digit randomly generated password composed of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation - as well as a key fob authenticator - and neither of those had been shared with anyone. And it was still hacked. *shrug* It happens.

I am pretty sure it is blizzar's fault. same thing happened to my account which I don't use anymore and its password is different than any other password I use (and btw it is quite complicated, I don't believe it is cracked).
