Just take Lina or Windrunner for example. Although Dota 2 is better on the "giving them a personality" front.

I am a pretty big 'newbie' when it comes to LoL on the whole (only been playing for roughly 5 months) but geez, why do they keep coming out with champions that many older ones simply get pushed out by the mere existence of?

As a general rule in LoL, the skimpiness of the outfit is inversely related to how much armor and magic resist the champ has. It's actually a pretty decent way to eyeball how tough a female champ is to take down, while male champs also have physical bulkiness for the shirtless champs.

better example would be the grand final of the international 2013, where Alliance shows to everyone why its called "Defense" of the Ancients by winning despite not having as much firepower or a very farmed carry on their side.

There are a bunch of female champions in League who are fully armored from head to toe like Riven (in any of her alternate outfits), Leona, Diana, Kayle and Vi which are in a huge contrast to the bikini/s&m outfits worn by champions like Akali, Evelynn and Morganna. Critics should research more.

@Leandro Soto: Not quite. dota can have some crazy comebacks, even with no farmed hero. Look at this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKLdOW9O0BY. Halway to winning an dota game is understanding how everything works. Like all Valve MP games, skill can be replaced by strategy.

A much faster adrenaline oriented game that does need thinking and setting things up but with a simpler map and simpler item effects it leaves it up to your character skills for any map movement advantage, all this probably changes a lot with PRO games, where pro means proffesional

Actually both LOL and Dota have their good points, I find dota games mostly focus on getting someone on your team real fed and his carrying the game by not messing it up, and it has a lot of nice ideas and utilities on its items but teamwork is Much less important than LOL, while lol is

Actually, while there are a few scantly clad characters, Like elise(Broodmother) and Janna(who's own idle animation has her shivering) I believe there are more female characters who are more then well covered up. oh and Zyra's plants are very different from Hiem's turrets. Shorter time and damage.

I'll admit I get sick of lol for a while but I always come back to it because I feel the good games make up for a bad game. Before you think bad game equals a lose I've had great games where ive lost and awful games I didnt feel my team should have won.

Looked it up seems a lot like Leblanc's ulti just you get it from level 1 which I guess is a big change but isn't all that new and exciting. Then again I got fed up with lol so maybe I'm just jaded.

Karma introduced an effect that boosted other abilities with additional effects.

Udyr was out long before Sona and his whole deal was stance dancing. Not really sure what Karma does but Udyr didn't have an ulti either just another skill you could level whenever.

Why care about "recycled" abilities as long as the resulting champion is interesting and fun to play.
Lissandra, Thresh, Vi, Elise, Syndra, Zyra, Jaycle and Drrrraaaven are all very recently released champions which at least I find interesting.

Technically I don't think tristana, poppy or lulu can count really as the physiology of yordles hasn't really been touched on.

I personally feel jinx is a little inspired by Dc's Harley Quinn in attitude.

Also I feel saying everything after cait was a recycle of old abilities. LEe Sin was quite a change. Talon introduced bleed effects. Sona introduced aura\stance cycling. Karma introduced non ultimate play style.

here's me, looking at the list of characters. all the females are sexy chicks, then I see a woman in armour, well, that's not so bad. her description says she's incredibly beautiful beneath the armour...

My issue with league is that after Cait came out Riot COMPLETELY ran out of original ideas. Skills were recycled, and most of their champs are rip offs of characters from other games an forms of media. Even Jinx is pretty much a human Tristana in Fem-Heavy's outfit...

This is exemplified by broodmother. LoL: The Broodmother character is a big breasted sexy spider chick. In Dota 2 she's a fucking spider.
