@Bill: You'll be surprised by the amount of players who forgot their objective when playing MOBA. Seen lots of games where opponent lose to us when holding the ridiculous gold advantage and has 10+ more team kills.
I don't get the hate for what Alliance did, rat dota is a legit tactic. The goal of the game is to destroy the enemy base, not win all the clashes or kill the most heroes, those don't mean jack shit if you get your base destroyed. It was Navi's fault for not being able to defend their base well.

They will sneak around hitting vulnerable targets and gaining XP that way, and then run away when the other team shows up to try to stop them, only to attack a different vulnerable target.

You level up like in, say, WoW. You can get XP from killing members of the other team, or killing their supporting foot soldiers ("creeps")...

You can get XP and level up the hero you're playing in a number of ways.

I don't know, I'd rather see rat stuff thing god damn BORING AS HELL Chinese dota.
Think you missed out how many people couldn't even stand to watch those Chinese WPC finals because the games took a 160+ mins each and where WAYYYY TO BORING.

I'll never understand the hate of Alliance. IG sure didn't receive all this hate when they won TI2. Yea Alliance won with rat dota, but rat dota was and still is the meta. You don't enter the biggest tournament of the year and play for fun. Fun is a side effect.

as you could see, he's picked up various other heroes like centaur, nyx, batrider, DS, clock, BH and such.
also, a lot of teams nowadays have ratted more than alliance had this year, heck DK's only win against IG in WPC was through split pushing aka rat dota.

its clear that the people here have only watched that one game of alliance in the finale and nothing before or after that.
if anyone has even paid the slightest attention, alliance nowadays are more gank and team fight oriented. just take a look at bulldog's picks, no longer just furion/LD but

I used to really like Morgan as a character but this just feels wrong.
No matter how good Alliance are, they'll always be boring, annoying or cheap.
They tryhard incredibly badly in Pubgames and besides Loda are assholes personally.
I once had a game where we dominated the enemy team the whole game, ganking and killing them like nothing. We finished the game by 47 vs 24 kills, but they won. They had better pushers, pushed a lane while we were ganking the other one and ran away. On this day I understood what is really important.
I always have to laugh a little at people who cry about pro teams using legitimate strategies to win a game. I used to see this a lot in Counter-Strike. People would cry at us for camping the sites when on CT side. That is what you're supposed to do, btw x_x
