So far, I have found Dr. Boom to be a good card (and I don't even own a copy). It is very strong but his high cost and the randomness of the Boom Bots' damage mitigates things. The Undertaker comes early and can quickly seize control of a board with minimal effort, which is frustrating.
@Waffles: That's using a lot of your cards to counter a single card played by your opponent. That's still a pretty big loss on your part regardless of how you handle it.

@Awesomknight:Priest silence or owl the bombs? Drops down to 9 damage for 7 mana. I mean it's a legendary also as opposed to a card you get from early Naxx games. You either get it through stupid luck or you invest alot in the card
@NFB: Bruh. Doctor Boom puts a maximum of 17 damage on your side of the board for 7 mana. You can remove him, but you still have to deal with the boom-bots. If that's not overpowered, I don't know what is.

Good that they are solving carstone problems, hopefully not they will get a round to make protoss less of a bullshit race in SC2
Dr. Skill is referencing Dr. Boom. Basically a sarcastic way of saying Dr. Boom is OP and gives wins to no-skill noobs (if that wasn't obvious from context).
Though I haven't seen any huge balance complaints against Dr. Boom. Very popular new card, but nothing like Undertaker.
There is a good chance that since my deck is almost entirely composed of free basics and I have terrible game sense, I lose maybe 60% of my games online. However, this little monster basically made me regret every single time I chose to mulligan Soulfire or Corruption (a very poor man's removal).

Undertaker was pretty crazy, decks ran tons of cheap (esp. 1 mana) deathrattle minions for synergy so the UT was effectively a questing adventurer you can play on turn one. You can't even nuke it that early and if you drop heavy removal you're SOL once Rag and Doom and such arrive.
Like that's the only balance problem that game haves... I've tried to play it, really did. But HS is pure bullshit, if that's the kind of balancing and matchmaking Blizzards does to a freaking card game, I can only guess that its ARTS will be catastrophical. I'm not too hyped about Overwatch either.

For the crime of making hunters even more of a pain to deal with. Yeah I think a nerf is warrented.
I get where you're coming from, Jo, insofar as control might rule for a little while. But blizzard has said that the game is supposed to be about fighting for board control - if a single card combination removes player involvement on either players end, it's a toxic combination in the first place.
@Lokiallen: Hunter and Zoolock use him and it was super effective.

Undertaker was nerfed? I haven't played Hearthstone in quite a while, but I don't remember him being that bad. In fact, I barely encountered him at all. Was there some new meta I don't know about?
