Well it's the first cartoon I've seen for overwatch although to be fair I dont really follow it too well. I'd rather play halo or titanfall 2 or toxxik or maybe TF2? the characters all look cool but I played it on a free weekend and was just, eh.
To people ranting about the Origin story not being CGI, every Origin story so far have been cartoons or webcomics (Do not confuse Origin story with Character Trailer, Sombra for example, have a CGI Character Trailer and also a cartoon Origin story).
@The Pug: Well Their CGI is super famous, I found it immensely odd of a choice.
That said ya, the animation was indeed top notch and very good.
I wonder what Tracer's fate was. I highly doubt she'd actually be killed off lol.
@Beastwolf: Tracer was beaten by doom fist in his release trailer. He broke her piece of armor that allows her to even exist. So she is currently imaginary and super salty.
so... my main issue... is that we got an animated video. not that it isn't cool but hasn't everything been CGI? Isn't that Blizzard's bread and butter is making awesome CGI and suddenly they give us an animated video instead? Are they running out of money?
Releasing a new character that is stronger than other character's is typical character release practice. I assume because these are typically humorous, that tracer is the one saying this for a reason.
Yeah, about that "Next" button: it seems that somehow the HTML has longer cache lifetime than the images which seem to have zero cache lifetime and are re-requested at every refresh.
Hey, just FYI, I was trying to joke around by writing a fake forum signature in the photo notes but it turns out that BBCode is semi-parsed (the [quote] and [img] tags disappear if completed). If this isn't intentional you might want to look into it.
He's kinda a one-hit wonder: when he jumps in, there's a decent chance he'll have to blow all his cooldowns to secure a kill or two, and if a team focuses him right he'll get deleted the second he's on cooldown, 400 health or not. That, and his gun is trash.
For some reason, the "Next" button didn't light up on this, so instead I had to go back 1 strip an click "Last Strip". I'm reading this on mobile though, maybe that's it.
