If both teams consistently pick Mercy and the game ends up balanced, then it's less like the Mccree age and more like the Widowmaker age (base damage 150 = oneshot Zen/Tracer), except for Widow's high skillcap.
Weird they released notes for a patch including a heavy res nerf today. Maybe this comic could've been held until the Tuesday patch day came and went, just maybe.
2. It's in no way fun, whether I win or lose, if the arguably 'casual mode' basically is decided who has the most experienced players of whom should only be matched with and against their own level instead of with or against newbies like me.
1. Gave up trying to get into the game because I hate being competitive (I do my best to win but I hate the concept of treating it like I'm going to be offered a pro circuit spot if I do well) so ranked would just stress the living hell out of me. However, Quick Play is only one-way stomp.
People may love to complain about balance in OW, but if you look at the stat sites, most of the win-stats are 50% +- 5%. Also Zen currently has a higher win rate than Mercy in PC Comp (last week and last month). There are problems ofc, but people need to experience some tranquility (or nothingness)
Just the typical Blizzard balance. Used to be the worst support, other supports get nerfed and she gets buffed til she's top. Can't wait for them to overbuff ana and zen to make things "even" again.
