A automated health-testing machine I found in a pharmacy once asked if I was an "athlete", and defined the term as "10 hours exercise a week". Makes me wonder what qualifies as "exercise".

So does subbing to patreon let me see some sister loving?

It's amazing how good Anne is at manipulating the small-minded. Are we certain she's not secretly a sith?

@BlinDFolded: That's what they always say, and they're always wrong!

Please tell me Victorie doesn't have a secret or I may go bonkers. Cause it's Victorie's secret. ;)

At the start sports do look like a chore, but if you insist in doing it you will find it rather enjoyable and even relaxing

@Snoipah: I realize what you're getting at, but this is Anne-Marie we're talking about here. She'll use any tactic to try and influence Morgan, including the possibility of losing Jane to a "better" rival. Hence why that one key phrase won Morgan over to Anne's side in the upcoming battle. :)

Lewd implications here is something I come to expect and appreciate. . .

. . .but "if she was not my sister I'd go gay for her" is kind of, a bit far. I mean, yeah. . . no more of that, please.

@Carl de Malmanche: You're getting that mixed up. You're thinking about ghrelin, not leptin. Leptin makes you less hungry. Ghrelin makes you more hungry.

This the second time Morgan realized one of the other girls was trying to control everyone, but still got played.

@Carl de Malmanche: Yeah, I'm more used to eating healthy shit now.

However, junk food is still delicious and if earth would blow up tomorrow I won't be ordering a salad.

So if you want to get fit and lose weight, increase fluids and fight the cravings for a couple of months, then the body will adjust and not crave the bad stuff so strongly. It is chemical, and it does pass, so resist!

re: exercise. just a useful thing to know: doing exercise burns energy, if that energy comes from stored cells the body releases a hormone called "leptin".It's designed to make you crave food to replace energy you're burning off. If you unfit and exercise you crave lots of high calorie food.

Ahhh, now this is Anne in her element: being a conniving schemer that schemes. Never change you smol spy.

@Sam Johnson: It was a obvious mistake but here we go, I fixed it. :)

I'd have to doublecheck, but I'm pretty sure it's meant to be 300 minutes a week, which is 5 hours...

I want to know your trick on how to cram 300 hours in a single week.
