Mario Kart Wii. Last place. Get three consecutive Bullet Bills. STILL in last place with no sight of the guy ahead of me. It's been hard to enjoy any Mario Kart since.

I get the feeling the girls are going to have bald spots by the time Victorie goes home.

The last time I played a Mario Kart game was Double Dash on GameCube and feel that I cannot have fun going back to the standard formula. I have no idea what EXACTLY makes me feel it is the superior game but I know that it is also the only Kart game I truly enjoyed, period.

@Kydrou Kair: There might be more than that. Jessie from Pokemon looks better when her hair is unkept. As a male example L from Death note have lots of fangirls despite looking like he doesn't know what a comb is.

Mario Kart 8 does have a way to change the items that appear. I believe the options are shells only, bananas only, mushrooms only, bob-ombs only, all items, no items and "frantic items" which means way more lightning, blue shells and the other crazy stuff.

Just looked on Amazon for "Mario Brothers plush turtle shell". Yes they have the green shell with sounds. Also Red and Green Turtle Shell Football's.
Who wants to take this game to the track for real?

Having tried mario kart 8. there's WAY too many items. You get 2 items per laps at the least, and everyone get them. Then there's a bunch of multi use items, global effect items and a ton of drivers. It becomes ridiculously spammy and I found it awful.

I could stand to see a little more of messy haired Angie.
