Game based on an anime (Japanese cartoons). Donghua (Chinese cartoons) are similar but not exactly the same. It's sort of like the difference between US & European cartoons in a sense.
Reading up on it "In an e-mail to Gematsu, a Bandai Namco representative said that the Steam listing required an update, which is why it was temporarily removed. The publisher did not say what specifically needed to be updated."
