Noel Loordes: Yes the game has voice acting.

...whyever would you *want* a cutscene? Just a quick fade to black with some techy noises in the background would be all you'd need. You can't possibly want to sit through something a minute long everytime you swap your mods.

It's missing the 8 hour surgery, the dialogue about recovery afterwards, and then the subsequent bill for medical services when you flatlined halfway through.

Character: Penisballs comedy joke.
There, I just wrote the next several strips for you.

Complaining about no cutscene for each time you get a new cyberimplant is pushing it a little, these are the kinds of nitpicks that ultimately hurt the many legitimate critiques that you can make about the game in its released state vs what they promised. However, the fact NO IMPLANTS ARE VISIBLE...

You would be tired of it by the third time having to sit through that cutscene, and absolutely infuriated the eighth time you need to upgrade. Devs know what they're doing.

lol, I'm expecting the comming week all the comic will be like this, so Jo can enjoy his game.

Because nothing's more fun than an unskippable cutscene that REQUIRES you sit through it every time you want to adjust your implants! :D lol /jk

To be fair, maybe having a cutscene for every new thing that was installed in you would be too much, so they decided to just skip it... i mean, i don't remember very well, but i think Deus Ex:HR also doesn't have cutscenes for implants and such, no?

For anyone playing this on PC, please make sure you're increased the available memory budget the game allocates with the following link.

Default file settings only allocates 1GB CPU and 3GB GPU as that's the PS4's max setting

Also an advantage: No voice acting. I find that many games suffer for it, e.g. the menu driven dialog of Dragon Age Origins vs the wheel driven “protagonist says something entirely different than you thought they would” of the successors. Does CP2077 have voice acting?

My favorite cyberpunk game was “DEX”. 2D side scrolling graphics don't have this issue, because nobody expects cut scenes for it :)

I like it. I miss old, no-bullshite, style of doing things where not everything needs a cutscene

Part of me thinks I'd like to see that operation. That part of me is literally drunk, and I would absolutely freak out as soon as the operation began.

What the hell are those shoulder pads? I thought WoW had it bad, but apparently it's some kind of game designers' subconscious desire to have ridiculuous shoulder pads in any game.

I dunno about you, but I do NOT want to see my cyber skeleton being installed. I'm good with the hot swap.
