I think Dota community is really happy to have such a dedicated developer like Icefrog behind the game. You may not like some (or all) of the changes but I believe he does what he thinks is better for the game, and when I say "better for the game" I am not talking about desecrating it for some short term profit but what he believes will generate good gameplay.
This said, Dota today is very different from the launch. I also think someone starting today from scratch has an even bigger cliff to climb to understand the game.
Still, in the end, all you need to know it's YOUR fault the team lose, how they'll kindly point every time it happens.
