Since people said they read my rants, let me talk a bit about Mario Kart World, namely, the price.

From a "entertainement for your money" point of view I would -probably- get my money worth if I paid 80, or even 100 bucks for a Mario Kart game. I really enjoy it and I pour dozens of hours into it.

By other side, there is no way to know if I'll enjoy the game before playing it, and there are several games which give me the same hour-per-entertainement which cost less, or nothing, like Marvel Rivals.

And once the floodgates are open, it's hard to swim against it. If I pay that much for MKW, I'll need to pay the same (or more) for the next Zelda, and other Nintendo games.

So my take here is... I personally won't pay for it. Money is kinda short (obligatory Patreon link) and it's not like I lack good games to play. Why play premium for Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream when I can get a good Butter Pecan for cheap or an excellent Napolitan for free?
