Jake'm, you've got no clue what you're talking about.
I've beaten IWBTG 15 times.
And I've beaten it on super hard, under an hour, with all secret items, and under 100 deaths at different times...but not on Medium.
Whereas 100%ing Super Meat Boy was definitely a fair bit harder than IWBTG was.
