The glove could be made for either hand... I got a rubber glove like that, and I think they generally can be used for any hand because the material is so thin and doesn't restrict you. Plus, the glove in here looks awfully thin, so its probably a rubber glove.

Turn a right-handed glove inside-out and it will be left-handed, and vice-versa.

I don't this the error is as bad as that, the engie normally has the glove on the right hand like in the game, so it's just panel five being inconsistent, not some kind of recurring switching thing.

Please choose a hand for engy's one glove. First two, we see it on the right. Second row, we see a bare right hand and the glove on the left. Last panel, we see her pulling the new glove in her left hand, meaning her old glove is on the right again.
