Meepo is the best character in all DotA2.
I installed DotA2 only to play as Meepo, since playing him feels extremelly similar to playing Warcraft3 (moving multiple tropes around, trying to make your best time, etc.).
The fact I always end 1/9/3 is complete unrelated. :p

There is nothing inherently wrong with DotA comics. It just kind of spoils the humor if you have to look up an explanation of the punchline to get the joke.
Insider comics are hilarious to those familiar with the content, but boring for those that aren't.

After seeing all of this fighting I may have a solution that would make everyone happy (maybe). What if Jo splits comics into two comics (maybe three), one that is just Dota comics (that way Jo can make jokes that only Dota fans would get) and one for the other comics (maybe one for just tf2).

Dota comics are fine and all, but they would be better if you would personalise them more. TF2 doesn't have Medic-chan, that was author embellishment on the original characters.
Game commentary and jokes are good, but if you had a stable and unique dota cast it would be better I think.

TF2 comics all stem on the defined personalities of the 9 characters and whatever Gaben throws at us over time. Dota comics stem from the undefined personalities of the 100+ characters. There's a lot more room for creativity. How many times are we going to see a "lol it was spy! XDDDDD"
