Dead Space 3 is not a terrible game and I don't doubt some people out there will even find it the best one in the series.

But kind sadden me to see how AAA titles end up all looking the same. If you are a shooter you play like Call of Duty, if you are a 3rd person shooter, you copy Gears of Wars.

Dead Space had a special place on my heart. The 1st game was all about atmosphere and it really hooks you in playing it to the end. Dead Space 3 throw it away and choose to "appeal to a broader audience".

It just make me sad how so many games goes that route and end up being one more Call of Duty / Gears of Wars / World of Warcraft clone.
