Older phones could text me without it freezing, but anything new always did. And as other people got new phones, I kept having to take my battery out more often. And the networks up here can take days to deliver a text. I've gotten texts from friends on monday morning that they sent friday night.

The problem is that phones are designed to become obsolete, even if they are still perfectly functional, and part of the problem there is from the phone companies. I had to buy a new phone because anything beyond a phone call would freeze it and I'd have to take the battery out to reset it. cont..

On topic of the S4 Mini-Sentry, I want to see what Saxton Hale will do to the patent trolls who'll be coming for him over the Color of the Plasma Lamp.

The problem with smartphone market is that it is still treated like the old "feature phone" market, and not like a computer market. Personal Computer replacement used to run from 3 to 5 years depending on what you did. Smartphones are now as powerful as computers were about 10 years ago....

2. Be happy that everything works.
3. Set a requirement new phone has to meet before you buy it, ie. "I will buy a new phone if it will be able to emulate PSP and Wii perfectly"
