Imagine if Xbone had no DRM or privacy issues, it was just a next gen console with a fancy cam included.
Now you would need to decide if Kinect is worth putting 100 bucks more or if not, you go with the PS4. For most "gamers" picking the cheaper one seems logical but I can see the appeal of paying a more if I want to play games like Dance Central.
Now, going back to reality, unless you REALLY like Kinect, or Halo, the PS4 just offer the basically the same, for less money. If the previous console wars told me anything, price is a big thing, specially when mum and dad needs to pick one at Gamespot.
