Unless that Morph got that Rapier from an enemy, he's a noob. Morph scales much better off agility items such as Butterfly, Manta, Skadi; after Eblade that is. (Especially due to Eblade and Adaptive Strike dealing 2.5xAgi and 2xAgi bonus dmg respectively)
