@Jim Jimmings: Wait, so the scene being referenced suggests that Viper is assaulting Tiny in revenge for a murder and rape? I thought in this arc Tiny was not doing anything wrong and Viper was being a prick because gamer rage. Tiny is supposed to be representing a rapist here?
For anyone who doesn't watch GoT. Viper is Oberyn Martell (the Red Viper), a person out to revenge the death of his sister. The person who killed (and raped)his sister and her kids is called The mountain (Tiny). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQbANmJGoWM&t=0m38s clip from said ep.
You're right; my explanation of low-priority was wrong. I guess I got confused because Viper thought he could send Tiny there by killing him. Anyway, yes, low-priority IS like hell because you are stuck playing with a really unpleasant group of people.
I know this is supposed to be a GoT reference, but sending him to low prio for killing a support? Cmon man...
Maybe, "before I send you to the fountain".

@Kilgore Trout: That isn't low priority. You can lose all the games in the world and you won't end up in low priority. Low priority is where people who are abusive in the game end up, either through text, abilities, or abandoning the game in the middle of the game. That's low priority.
That low prio queue definition in post #4 is a little off... you don't get into it for losing games, that just lowers your matchmaking rating.
LPQ is for people who abandon multiple games, receive multiple reports, or both.
Oh yeah, the arc. I was expecting Mirana and TA crying with Pudge because they were beaten by PA, whose clothing is only marginally more revealing than Clorkwerk's.
Also Juggernaut flexing as Invoker feels inadequate.
@Christopher Mathieu: That's weird, yes. Some of the ways the game is designed seems to bring out the worst in people. In other games when you fuck up a lot, it just makes the game not fun for YOU. But in Dota 2, if you fuck up too much then it makes the game not fun for EVERYBODY on your team.
@Kilgore: From what I've seen, those same people who will scream at you for dying twice will also call you horrible things for playing on the opposing side and actually trying to win. That's the part that baffles me, how these people can both win and lose badly.
@Christopher Mathieu: But I have also been in games where if I die just twice, people will FREAK OUT. They'll be like "You NOOB! Stop feeding! Uninstall Dota!" and shit like that. To me, THAT is a tryhard, and those people take the game WAY too seriously.
@Christopher Mathieu: It isn't, although there's such a thing as taking it too far either way. I've played games with people who are like "Don't worry about it, everybody makes mistakes, just try to do better from now on" when I fuck up. (Continued in next comment.)
As for what "low priority" means: if you lose lots of games, the game takes that into account and matches you with other people who lose lots of games or who are assholes and no fun to play with. That's the "low priority pool", which is where Tiny will be after Viper kills him and makes him lose.
I've never understood that. If you join one of these games and botch it up because you are just learning, you get told "learn to play" in near-unreadable shorthand. BUT. If you figure out how it works, and actually put forth effort to win, you get called a "tryhard"? Why is TRYING to win bad?
For non-Dota players, here's what Viper is angry about. He was fighting alongside a support hero. Viper is a carry hero, and the relationship between the two is a bit like Heavy & Medic. If you were a Heavy and somebody killed your Medic, would you be pissed? Yeah. Viper is pissed too.
