Generally I've found that "good games" are ones in which everyone is to busy actually playing to smack talk. Smack talk happens when people are not playing, they don't have anything better to do than type. Usually because they are waiting to respawn.
Yay, TF2! Thank you, Jo. I'm fine with comics about other things, but I have always been a fan of the TF2 comics.

That kind of "banter" is already beyond the point I deem acceptable. Poking a little fun at each other is fine, but trashtalking has me muting the chat faster than anything. You'll rather find me complimenting my enemy than doing the whole "ololol learn to aim, n00b" "camper trash" etc. routine.

Trashtalking is what puts me off of online gaming these days. I stay away from many multiplayer games because the communities seem so offensive. Regardless of whether I win or lose, the trashtalk ruins the experience for me.
