@Alvaro Junior: I dom't mind practicality either, and I certainly eyeroll when it comes to dumb outfits being the norm, but removing the options also goes against my principles either. Then again I could just be weird like that and not mind perversity when it's an optional thing or mod *shrugs*
@Alvaro Junior: I want more practical clothes too, but censoring is not the way to go. Besides, one of SF's most iconic feature is its caricatured characters. They're meant to be exaggerated. We got a Russian in underwear, a fat punk... Skimpy battlesuits aren't all that off-theme.
@Alvaro Junior: Agreed man. I play a lot of MMOs and whenever I can I transmog/glamour/whatever the outfits of any female characters I have into something that is at least... well, practical.
Honestly, I wish my playable female characters to wear more practical clothing for ages. If this TV policy lead to more games where the default female outfit is not a battle bikini, I embrace it.
Gotta love US logic. Regardless of whether Disney or ESPN is to blame, kids can see a game about to people punching each other into submission but OH MY GOD IS THAT A BUTT?!?
