I kinda liked Protoss because they had alot of interessting technology. But i always prefered to play Terrans. Partly because i love Terran weaponry

Ah dont worry. GW is pretty dead now but when it first came out, it was loads of fun getting random people together who are all new at the game for a mission. The best times of my GW gaming was the first 6 months/a year. Hopefully you'll go through the same thing when GW2 comes out ^_^

One wonders how dragoons look when -taned up.

Mostly, the catch phrase is "More Pylons" because not only does it sound the catchiest, but Protoss units take up the most supplies out of any of the three (The Zealot, the basic protoss unit, took 2 Psi, compared to the Marine taking 1 supply, and the Zergling taking 1/2 a control).

I hated making more pylons.
GW is great with friends, otherwise, learn the best henchmen combos (+if you got heroes).

It now needs the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny. Probe-tan vs Drone-tan vs SCV-tan is a 3 way battle to the death!

Maybe it could be combined with Touhou style danmaku.

To be perfectly fair... when GW was new everyone grouped. You're playing at least a year after the last expansion, last time I was there no one grouped for much in basic or factions because everyone already played it.

Now I imagine they're pretty much dead.

I always ran into problems as Terran to build more supply depots about all the freaking time, but never had that issue with pylons.

Guild Wars is a tricky one. Level is largely insignificant. It's super easy to get "the best" equipment (just not always the prettiest). Abilities are abundant. That means players must rely on *shiver* "skill."

RE Guild Wars: Playing alone gets a lot more palatable if you have the Nightfall expansion so you can use heroes, but yes, like any MMO or any game with multiplayer options, it gets more fun with friends of some kind.

I play GW, and have played it for over 4 years.
If you think its only solo experience going through the campaigns try to get a friend or some friends.
Everything gets alot easyer and funnyer :D

I usually play Guild Wars more like a single player RPG, with the henchmen/heroes. On occasion me and a friend play together, but then it's just both of us with our heroes. I used to be in a guild when the game first came out. Haven't felt like playing people for a while though.

Yeah. I would agreed with you on GW. You try to avoid human contact unless necessary or you have a group of friends already on it. But that can be said of a lot of games.
